NPAG was the action group that manages the Long Leys Neighbourhood Plan project, applies for support grants and and manages the project budget. NPAG activities will be overseen by LLRA. Work on the plan was suspended in January 2020 and will recommence once the Central Lincolnshire Local Plan (CLLP) has concluded its activity on housing allocation. All subsequent activities are reported in the main LLRA management committee minutes.
As of 1 July 2020 NPAG members were:
- Jon Davies, LLRA Secretary
- Jackie Ward, LLRA Treasurer
- Laura McWilliams, City Councillor
NPAG membership is likely to change as the project progresses and covers more specialist aspects of planning.
