Update: Building Work 30 Albion Crescent – Footpath closed until Xmas

Albion Crescent / Close footpath closed for 5 weeks

LLRA has been advised by the builder and future resident of 30 Albion Crescent that the diversion for the Albion Crescent/Close footpath will be activated on Wednesday 15 November. Community Groups in Long Leys Can Now Apply For Carholme Community Chest Grants

LLRA has been made aware that grants of up to £2,500 are now available to community groups in Long Leys and Carholme under the City of Lincoln Community Chest initiative, with a total of £25,000 available by March 2025. Would the owner of a quad bike being used to ride along the footpaths and local wildlife sites in Long Leys please contact LLRA by email at LLRA@long-leys.org. Whittons Park Playpark: February Progress Update

A progress review was held between the playpark contractors and the city council team on Wednesday 2 February. In the next few days equipment installation will be complete and everything can be given a sand and a clean. Then it will be down to getting some turf down and reseeding some areas. The Long Leys Photo Competition is open to under 12's, under 18's and adults in Long Leys and closes on Monday 10 May.
