The application form lacks information, but looking at the company involved (Swimstars and Dolphins Ltd), I think this will be a facility providing swimming lessons for young children only. I don’t think the pool will be available for general public use.
It might be worth mentioning that although there is no information on the application form, the company involved with this (Swimstars and Dolphins), appear to provide facilities exclusively for young childrens’ swimming lessons. I don’t think the pool will be available to the community as a whole.
