- Community Facilities: Wednesday 13 November 6.00 – 7.30 pm
Focus areas for residents will include
- A convenience store
- A community meeting place
- Community recreational facilities
If you have an interest in this topic and wish to contribute to the effort on it, then please book a place by emailing your contact details to: planning@long-leys.org. This will allow us to send advance information out before the day and to ensure that there is sufficient space to accommodate all participants. All residents are welcome. Please let us know by 2.00 pm on Wednesday 13 November if you are attending the Community Facilities workshop so we can organise it accordingly.
The workshops are intended to:
- Provide a strengthened evidence base for the plan;
- Get a better feel for community views and aspirations for each topic and the plan as a whole;
- Assist in developing a shared vision, a set of core objectives and a set of policy topics and intentions.
