New “Solar SID” Will Help Reduce Speeding on Long Leys Road
LLRA is pleased to advise that a community-funded Speed Indicator Device (SID) has now been permanently installed on Long Leys Road by the cemetery. The new unit is solar-powered with battery storage, meaning it can operate 24-7 without intervention from volunteers.
