20th November 2024 by longleysra Leave a Comment

All Long Leys residents are invited to the “Future Developments in Long Leys” drop-in session at Discovery Cafe. St. George’s Hospital,  to view potential development options for:

  • The Albion Works Industrial Area (Master plan options produced by AECOM)
  • Land to the south of the A46 (Initial design concepts produced by Temple Garth)
    • Note: no design concepts will be presented  for the land owned by Temple Garth outside the bypass.

See maps below for area details.

Format of Drop-In

Drop in any time between 5.30 – 7.15 pm to give feedback on concept design options for new housing, facilities and commercial buildings in Long Leys. Background

This is part of a series of events exploring different topics for the Long Leys Neighbourhood Plan 2021-2040. The event is facilitated by Steve Kemp from Open Plan (planning consultants) and enables residents to provide feedback, at an early stage, in developing options for how Long Leys could look over the next 20 years.

Note: Temple Garth is a 50:50 Joint Venture between Lindum Group Ltd and Castle Square Developments Ltd
