LLRA’s 2025 AGM was held on Tuesday 9 September 2025, kindly hosted at the Discovery Cafe at St. George’s Hospital. For full details, please read the 2025 AGM and Community Meeting Minutes.
AGM Summary
- The LLRA financial report for 2024/25 was presented.
- Keith Newsome and Jon Davies were re-elected to the LLRA Management Committee. The current committee consists of 7 residents: Gary Stimson (Chair), Keith Newsome (Vice Chair), Jon Davies (Secretary), Jackie Ward (Treasurer), Ben Hill, Elizabeth Wilson, Natalie Evans.

- Thanks and appreciation were given for the contribution of Glenn Smith, who stood down after joining the committee in 2019.
Community Meeting Summary
- New footpath: Lincolnshire County Council (LCC) are preparing a creation order for the route from Albion Crescent to Whitton(s) Park / Yarborough Road.
- Neighbourhood Plan: A draft plan for community consultation should be available in October 2025.
- Councillor Lucinda Preston advised that the Yarborough Leisure Centre is now fully open, with new gym equipment.
- Community Speed Watch: During recent sessions, 85 vehicles were found to be travelling at 35 mph and above. Vehicle owners will receive letters from the police.
- Graffiti at the A46 underpass: LCC has agreed to clear the existing graffiti
